When you install and play Nova Sport Rivals, certain information may be collected automatically or provided through your use of the Application. Such information may include:

The Service Provider may provide User Provided and Automatically Collected Information to third parties:

Opt-Out Rights
You may prevent Nova Sport Rivals from continuing to collect information from your device by removing the Application from your mobile device. Uninstalling the game prevents further collection through the Application, but information previously transferred to the Service Provider or third-party providers may not be automatically removed.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider keeps personal information only according to the applicable purpose and retention requirements:

Children
Nova Sport Rivals is not designed for children below 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to children.
Where applicable law requires approval from a parent or legal guardian, the Application should not be used without the required authorization. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in breach of applicable law. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information belonging to a child has been collected, reasonable steps will be taken to remove it from its systems as soon as practicable.
